Am trying to find when the last app was installed on my iPhone 4S.
Did a quick tutorial search and found "How to View the Realtime Log of Your iDevice Using 3uTools?"
While it did not show in the list any apps installed, hope it will have this information.
Also is it possible to find this information some other way such as Right Click on Each App?

You could find the detail time from App store.

Click "Update" and your personal logo, all purchased apps and the purchased date could be found on this page.

3uTools could consider to add this in future versions, thank you for your suggestion.
