Ipad flash failed

Hello friends,
I have an Ipad Air is locked in the initialization, I am trying to update version 9 to 11.4, I did all the procedures in the manual and always the same error occurs, already tried to do the same with version 10, same error.

Hello, what do you mean by "locked in the initialization"?
Did you try to easy flash to iOS 11.4?

Yes, it is locked with a numeric password

If you want to remove lock screen password, you can flash on 3uTools without saving data.
For your information, 3uTools can not bypass iCloud lock.

My son changed the screen lock password and he does not remember. I do not care if I lose the tablet data, I have user and password access icloud

Sorry to know that, so you can directly Easy Flash on 3uTools, but do not select the option "Retain User's Data While Flashing", then you will lose the data, and then you just need to activate your device.

Hi, thanks for the support you are giving.
I did the procedure as they passed me, after a long time, it stands still at 11% and msg. ERROR: Unable to write iBEC.

Please change the genuine able or USB port, then re-flash on 3uTools. Please don't select "Retain User's Data While Flashing", otherwise you can not remove lock screen passcode.
