Help on anti black screen plugin/ iPhone 4

Downgrading to iOS 6.1.3 (untethered no shsh blobs sorry i cant.) is successful.
Buutttt.... When i leave my phone on, and it automatically closes the screen (As usual, obviously), it doesnt turn on back, and sometimes it is on, sometimes it instantly goes in DFU mode.
When downgrading and the thing tells me if i want to do a mandatory flash (No shsh blobs). It says stuff about jailbreaking and that, and then it says
3. do some anti black screen plugin thingy.
That made me curious and i am really concerned:
How in the world can i get it???
(please don't keep telling me no shsh is bad i just want it to not keep going into dfu, trying to force restart it doesnt work as the screen's black and the phone boots but the screen is black)
