I need help: my iPhone 6+ had almost full storage (there was only 300 mb free) and one night it started installing iOS update. Now it stays on the apple black screen logo and not turning on.
I can connect it to iTunes and restore my phone to factory settings. But I need all data and photos.
Any way to restore the iPhone with data intact? Or to backup the data before restoring?

Hello, please try to restore it on 3uTools. And you are recommended to save some free storage on your device.

You can select the option "Retain User's Data While Flashing", but we could not 100% guarantee you can finish flashing as there is so little free space on your device. It would cause issue.

But as far as Iknew, update iOS can't reeup space for iPhone, you should delete data on iPhone, the black screen maybe because of the full storage, you should use the Eelphone iOS System Repair to fix the dead iPhone.
