iphone 8 icloud act bypass

i need some serious help here. im new to using apples and finding them very difficultim trying to bypass and eventually delete the old account that was set up on the phone. im not sure whether fashing, jailbreaking,or both is my best option. plus im having issues putting the phone in dfu mode:( please help
