Failed to install 3u for iOS error code 11301

When I try to import photos to my iPhone, a warning message appears: 3u for iOS install needed, then it begins and after a while i get: Failed to install 3u for iOS error code 11301
What can I do?.

Error code 11301 could be caused by network problem. Please check the network of your PC.

There is no network but direct usb cable connection. So, could be an usb Tx/Rx fault?. I am using all of the features of 3uTools with my iPhone except import photos. Also my usb works ok with any other attached equipment. Other hints, please?. Thanks, Octavio.

I don't quite understand your meaning. You mean there is no network on your PC? Or the network connection is fine?
Could you download any app from 3uTools?

u should connecting ur pc to the internet. 3utools desktop is just a media to install 3u apps on ur iphone.
