Granting user right

Hello I have issues granting access right to photos on iPhone 8. The thing is 3u can't be found in the settings list but it is on my iPhone home screen. Kindly assist as I am out of ideas.

Hello, 3uTools for iOS app is not compatible with iOS 12.1 or later, we are trying to fix this problem ASAP. Please wait for our updates.

Forgot to ask how I get notified? In the app or on here (forum).
Also I am running iOS 12.1.2.
