Black screen ipad air 2 A1566

My friend apparently sent her ipad to a shop to have it formated. Then left alone for a 1 (charging) and tells me it can't start.

From that I can tell it is stuck in DFU mode with no way to restart to normal mode.

Using iTunes I get error 9 on restore.
Using 3uTools I hear the iPad disconnect and reconnect from USB several items especially during Sending NORData. Then the flash attempt fails with iDevice Error (-1). No NORData was sent btw.

Any ideas? BTW the Apple will appear once the restore/flash attempt process.

I see when sending nordata it disconnects from normal mode back into dfu mode and then basically dies.

Error -1 could be caused by usb connection, network connection or hardware problem. You are suggested to get your device check in iPhone repair shop.

It's better to turn to one tool to fix the problem, but will lose all data on iPad.
