Can't Download App in 3utools.HELP

hello team, have been trying to download a game from app store,ARK, after downloading to 99%, now purchasing, it gives me error msg read "Purchase Failed: failed to append signature files, plea..."
i though maybe i should download another App, then i tried downloading PUBG MOBILE, after downloading 99%, now purchasing,i get same error msg "Purchase Failed: failed to append signature files, plea..."
please what can i do to download this app or resolve it?
