iPad Air flashing fails

Hi! iPad Air model 4,1 (A1474) stop working (my parents use it) and only screen lights when I try to turn it on. iTunes and other soft is recognize it, when I plugg it in. But flashing always fails, please can you tell is it possible to solve? What can I try to make it work?

What about easy flash on 3uTools? May I know what iOS version did you restore?

iOS 12.2
Easy flash do not work as well as iTunes recovery
