Phone disconnected at 19%

Hello,

I have a problem while restoring my iphone 6s. When I want to flash it, at 19% my phone disconnect from itself from the computer, and I have a 19% loop, and a sign when my iphone need an Itunes connection.

I think that the problem comes from the fact that my phone disconnected itself from the computer during the restoring, then reconnect itself 2 seconds later, but it is already too late.

Do you have the solution ? I'm looking it for 3h donc I didn't find anything yet.
