bypass Activation Lock won't work for iOS 12.3.1?

Hi.
I seen some video about bypass Activation Lock using 3utools by flashing with iOS 12.2 and seem work for them. my iOS version is 12.3.1 and it don't work for me. this is related to iOS version? your tool don't support this feature anymore?
