succeed but didnt work
flashed my iphone 5 .. its completed to 100% and said "congrats completed flashing" but its still stuck on restore mode. i clicked "retain user data" downloaded the firmware and everything. i tried this twice, both succeed but im still stuck on restore mode. help pls

Hi, Are you upgrading or downgrading? Downgrade can't retain user's data. We recommend you back up your iDevice. Then try flash again.

im uprgrading. my iphone 5 is currently disabled cause i forgot the password. but i just remembered the password and i want to enter it again. i cant backup my idevice. help pls, the data there is really important. it has photos of my grandfather before he passed away.

Can you connect 3u normally? If you can, you can try back up your iDevice on 3u.

When I click on Backup, it says, "This feature is only available in Normal Mode."
