Keep getting "Trust This Computer?" prompt

I installed the latest 3uTools so I could downgrade my iPhone XS from iOS beta 13.1 to 13. I did that and restored the phone to the most recent iOS 13 backup via iTunes. Now whenever I connect the phone to my windows 10 desktop via lightning cable, the phone keeps asking me to Trust This Computer?" I then have to reenter the security PIN every time even though the phone is unlocked vi Face ID.

Is there a way to fix this without uninstalling 3uTools?

Apologize if this has been answered before but the forum search tool is useless.

Solution: The prompts stopped after I completely exited 3uTools.
