Computer Does Not See Recovery Mode

Hello everyone
my computer does not see recovery mode. But when I am connect normally program. I can see every details and I can activate phone. but when I need some flash for phone recovery mode does not see computer Thank You very much for help

I can use. iTunes it is see recovery mode. just 3u tool does not see recovery mode

I agree , i iTunes tell me my Apple is on dfu mode.3utools see nothing.
