Merging two WhatsApp backups

Is it possible to merge two WhatsApp backups I have save using 3utools Social App Backup/Restore tool?
I don't think they support DATA in APPS, especially for social apps.
I am also looking for support to restore WhatsApp data only to my iPhone.
