I updated my iphone XR at last available software with his automatic update from menu, but doesn't recognise any sim after update. It says please contact gsm provider for unlock. All networks. Can that be fixed with tool? Thank you!

I attached the exact text that I get when I insert sim after update. I updated with 3utool to ios14 but same message...
