"Data recovery failed"

Hello,I forgot my PIN to my iPhone 7 and I've run out of all attempts,so I had my iPhone disabled. I didn't want to restore my iPhone because I wanted to keep my data,so I came across a YouTube video advising this software 3uTools that help me restore my phone without losing any data. I did everything as the video said,clicked on "Retain data",did flash my phone successfuly. When I got to my phone a loading screen appeared saying "Attempting data recovery",however when it successfully loaded it said that it's been failed. How do I successfully recover my data?
