Iphone 4 downgrade from Ios 9 to 6

Hello

I am downgrading my old iPhone 4s from iOs 9.3.5 to iOs 6.1.3.
Im using tutorial show there

Everything goes fine till the step 6 of the tutorial, there its need to make connection with comuter and iDevice via Beehind app via SSh connection. However I installed OpenSSH to iphone and fill wifi IP adress to Beehind, the soft its not able to recognize and connect my iDevice and make the final step to

Enter Pwned DFU Mode

. I tried to instal WinSCP, Putty and succesfully made a connection to my iDevice (was able to go thru the iphone folders) but the Beehind soft was still not able to connect my iDevice. Can please anybody help me, Im messing around for 20hours but without succes and Im loosing my mind.
