Are you trying to restore the iDevice without losing the data?

hello Chand963 and all,

no, 20'th % is Nand access process. If stuck on it you have (probably) hardware issue (Nand power/data short circuit or internal Nand problem).

You can directly contact the staff to seek suggestions. Or you can use related iOS system repair tools such as TunesKit iOS System Recovery to fix your issue.

I had a friend who had a similar problem and I advised him to try fixing iOS. I also recommend you try LazePaw iOS System Recovery.
