3utools crashes on startup

I used to use 3utools just fine.
However I just reinstalled Windows and now after a fresh install of Windows and 3utools, I can no longer use 3utools.
3utools crashes on startup with no information about why.
Does anyone have any suggestions?
I have the latest iTunes installed.
