Flash different version firmware

Hello
Is it possible to bypass the firmware check that differentiates between iPad wifi/wifi+cellular versions - for example 4,1 and 4,2 and 4,3?

I need to flash an iPad Air 1 with Wifi+cell only firmware over the currently flashed Wifi version, but the tool is checking for this and not allowing me.

The thing is that I created a backup before updating via iTunes and it created a 4,2 version file. After the update it was flashed to 4,1 and it is not activating any more. I have no idea what is going on or how this happened.
