Un-finished backup

Hi i have an iphone 6s, that always was stuck when i was doing a backup on 3u software at 97%.
Long story short the phone now is dead and data are gone.
Is there any way i can extract the unfinished backup and get at least the pictures from it?
The backup file is about 47GB but it can't be recognized by the software because it didnt finish 100%.
