Exit Recovery mode, iPhone 8 died

Postby n6600 » 08 Feb 2021 03:23

my iphone 8 was full and I have tried flashing it but it stuck at 60% and states "unknown request personalized data" for 4 hours with the Apple sign and the progress bar. I unplug it and plug it back, my phone is back to "restore screen", I then chose "exit recovery mode". The iPhone went black and now I couldn't turn it on, I have tried hard reset and the DFU combo buttons and nothing works, I am 100% sure it is not a hardware issue. I need help to turn on my iPhone. Please anyone?

Hello Everyone

I now managed to turn my phone back on, what i did was plugged in to my laptop and entered DFU, then i used 3utools to flash it which again failed at 20%, now my iphone 8 is back to restore screen.

Anyone can help from here?

To exit your iPhone from recovery mode, you could try another tool named Joyoshare UltFix, which is able to let iOS devices enter/exit recovery mode with one-click and free of charge. Or you could also try manually achieve that by hard rebooting your iPhone or restoring iPhone via iTunes. But using iTunes may take risks in losing data and you are suggested to back them up before.
