mine is probably cmd+f3 to show/hide the desktop;

:idea:

Hot corners to show desktop and to display all open windows;

Enable tap with 3 fingers (or force click with 1 finger for newer Macs) for look up and data detectors;

:idea:

Hit cmd+w for something funny.
