When we have one disabled iPhone, in fact you have so many chance to remove passcode from iPhone.
1.By iTunes
If you have iTunes and Find My iPhone is disabled in your iPhone, you can use iTunes to remove iPhone password.
Enter your iTunes in PC, then find out your device, you can see "Restore iPhone" from Summary. You'd better to restore from backup after having removed iPhone passcode.

If you have iCloud, and the Find My iPhone in your iPhone is on, you can use iCloud to remove iPhone passcode. Erase your device from iCloud. Then you have a factory set iPhone. Just restore from iCloud after having removed iPhone passcode.

3. By DFU and Recovery Mode
But if you no have iTunes or iCloud, DFU and Recovery Mode can also help you to remove iPhone passcode. Connect your device to computer, then press and hold both Home and Top (or Side) buttons at the same time until you see the recovery-mode screen.

Thanks for sharing such an amazing tool!
However, I have a personal recommendation that can do this job. It's TunesKit iOS System Recovery, iOS recovery tool that can restore disabled iPhones, bricked iPhones or bricked iPhones. In a word, it can save iPhone when it is not reacting to your commands. I have used it to get my iPhone out of the recovery mode it was stuck on.
This tool is really effective, and I think it deserves more attention.

First of all, thank you very much for sharing. I also recommend using Lazepaw. It can remove password from disabled iPhone. You need to connect your iPhone to your PC, and with just a few simple steps you can remove the password and make the iPhone boot up properly and skip the password.
