HELP! Some apps missing from Apps section

greetings, I would like to download some apps from the section Apps using my Apple ID bound, but I cannot do so because when I look for them... "related items are not found" and they exist in the Apple Store. Examples of apps are Wifi Cuba 2, Datos Cuba and Zapya. what to do to solve the problem. thanks for your time!
