Postby Jacob Black » 19 Oct 2016 17:29

As far as i’m concerned, many iOS users are tired of receiving the upgrade prompts on iOS10. This tutorial aims to introduce how to close iOS10 update prompts without jailbreaking iDevice.

Operations:

Step1: Open the “Safari” app on your iPhone, and then you need to download this firmware: https://oldcat.me/web/NOOTA9.mobileconfig (Or you can download this firmware on PC → sent it to iPhone’s default email app → open it ).

Step2: You need to enter iPhone’s power-on password and install this firmware on your iPhone according to the instructions. After you click “Install”, your iPhone will restart automatically.

At this moment, your iPhone can not check the new iOS version. In addition, you can recover OTA update by doing the following operations: open the “Settings” of your iPhone → click “General” → find and delete this description file “tvOS 10 beta Software Profile”.
