Greetings,
Once this is clearly a 3U Tools issue, i dare to ask for an explanation.
My device, an SE model is running on IOS 11.3, since after the update was available and i was about to import a file into a subfolder of keynote app when the annexed msg blocked my intentions, justifying with my IOS version (?!?!) -- and i average to add the
case that i had imported another some minutes before incurring in no problem at all, i. e.: " 1 file imported successfuly " (smiling emoji and all), an event which led me from upsetted to confused.

Translation: Your device is running on IOS 9.0+ which inactivated apps exporting into (!) PC. We're working to solve this problem.

But it's the screenshot ON AC player, I'd like to see the whole screenshot on 3uTools.
Because I can't fully understand what you mean, all import/export tutorials could be found on 3u website

Hello,
OK -- let's try again, once more with feeling: the screenshot i presented was taken from the page (just a rectangle part, of course) of U3 tools, the section pertaining to 'installed Apps', where through the tab "View" you can enter the folder of the App and essay to use "import" facility: i was about to import some personal .pdf files built with written personal texts. I was trying to place those 2 or 3 pdf files into the KEYNOTE App, folder 'My Documents' and i succeeded to import one of them at first, but after i insisted in the same operation with another pdf, there came, the dry indication 'import failed' & then an added box stating that since i was running on IOS 9.0 (!) the operation could not be done, because ditto software had inactivated files importation to the iphone -- and that "we" are working to mend this issue.
This event upsetted and, as i said before, confused me: my phone is running on IOS 11.3 -- both these happenings: blocking file importation at the 2nd attempt only &
declaring my IOS version as 9.0 led me to ask for an explanation, please.
I hope NOW YOU CAN COPE with my query although I can see it only wound up into a larger confusion. I beg your pardon. I will not repeat this harmful action. Sincerely, HN

Ok, thank you for your detailed description, but based on your problem, I can import multiple files into this folder successfully, did you check your file problem and connection?
A full screenshot as below, the box notification you send is not from 3uTools, probably from the app itself.

I'm sorry to insis: it was from U3 tools. Where else coul i have been scolded with the "explanation": once your running under IOS 9.0 and this operative system has inactivated files imports into iphone, your file importation failed. Now as i said and repeat: a) my iphone is running on IOS 11.3 NOT 9.0 !! b) This importation failure was only on the my 2nd attempt to import one other pdf file; c) this whole charade has nothing to do with the actual local of my screenshot -- i've described clearly enough where and how did it happen.
