Contacts transfer issue

Hi, i have a question here inside the phone contacts option if i see 2000 contacts then 3u showing less then that and this is happening with each phone i connecting to 3u, why this happening ?

Wow , so much, the best way to transfer these contacts from your phone to computer , you'd better ask third-party tools for help .

You mean your devices has more contacts than it showed on 3uTools? Did you try to reboot your device and pc and then connect again.
