Update Errors

I was trying to update my iPod 6th generation and its stuck in recovery mode. Tried flashing it but was unsuccessful. Subsequent update attempts have also proved futile

Please enter DFU mode and update your device or use iTunes, if you still meet error, there would be hardware issue on your device.
