Full memory, iPhone won't turn on after soft update

Postby Marussia » 05 Nov 2018 02:03

I need help: my iPhone 6+ had almost full storage (there was only 300 mb free) and one night it started installing iOS update. Now it stays on the apple black screen logo and not turning on.
I can connect it to iTunes and restore my phone to factory settings. But I need all data and photos.

Any way to restore the iPhone with data intact? Or to backup the data before restoring?

Hello, please try to restore it on 3uTools. And you are recommended to save some free storage on your device.

You can select the option "Retain User's Data While Flashing", but we could not 100% guarantee you can finish flashing as there is so little free space on your device. It would cause issue.

One solution I know to fix your iPhone won't turn on without data loss is to use an iOS repair tool. If you have no idea, you can give Joyoshare UltFix iOS System Recovery a try. It has ability to fix 30+ system issues with no data loss. Its advanced mode can even help you to factory reset iPhone if necessary. Best of all, it offers a free option to exit recovery mode quickly and automatically.
