Hi dear, I often use "Realtime Log" for malfunction iPhones diagnostics. Specifically, iPhones which is suddenly restarts. But when I start realtime log and iPhone will restart, then realtime log dissapear too. I want to see exactly what happened right before phone die. Before 3uTools update, previously recorded realtime log was present after same phone is connected again (log continues). But now after 3uTools update, log is gone completely and I see now only log from time since phone was connected. I thing this log is stored only in RAM and this isn't accessible. Please, can anyone tell me how to access this previously recorded log?
I've replied you via Email, you could not get back the old update log of your device.
Hi. I red the mail with your question and answered. But you didn't reply back. Your reply I see only here. And please why is that? How about to remove the function to close realtime log window? All advanced people whom uses this log will appreciate that. No one will complain about to close this window manually. Remove this function is nothing for programmer who programmed this great tool. And This will help a lot. Don't you think? Or can you help me to understand this (for me) strange behavior about deleting the log automatically? Thank you for any reply. Branislav.
For technical issue, you could not get back the old update log of your device. And what do you mean by closing realtime log window? I could not quite understand your description.
