downgrade of firmware
is it possible if i use shsh file(signature of apple) of 12.1.3 and then use it by way you suggest to downgrade to 12.1.3?

I see a lot of users who failed to downgrade their iPhones with 3u tools. You guys might want to try Joyoshare UtlFix. Though it's a system repair tool, I downgrade my iPhone with this tool and it worked every time.
