No service for ip 7 after using 3utools

So i don’t know what did I do with my iPhone 7 but it says that it doesn’t have service it has been restored and fixed away from boot loop? Any help?

All the other forums Im on have a "View First Unread" or some such button that sends me directly to the first post in the topic that I havent read. Its a great time-saver. I havent been able to find that feature in this forum. Does that feature exist and how? Thanks
